ASICS FITNESS TRAINING PLAN

Whether you want to run a mile or a race, this training plan is uniquely designed for all skill levels and all fitness goals. Our approach comes in two phases: the first builds the foundation you need to master the basics, and the second transitions into Elite Training, pushing your body's strength and endurance as you prepare for your June 21st goal. Not only will you receive exclusive workout programs from expert ASICS coaches, but nutritional and mental tips as well, ramping up for a holistic revitalization of both body and soul as you race to Beat the Sun.

  • Benoit Nave

    Trail Running Coach & Nutritionist

    Through his knowledge in biomechanics, nutrition, and sports physiology, Coach Benoit trains top-level athletes to get healthier and fitter so that they can run anywhere.

  • Andrew Kastor

    Running Coach

    From the ASICS Mammoth Track Club, Coach Andrew works with elite marathoners, and will be bringing in specialized elements from their training to the Beat the Sun program.

  • Rosario Rios Aguilar

    Fitness Coach

    Coach Rosario's expertise is in biomechanics and strength conditoning, and aims to create the best training plan for any level of athlete who simply wants to enjoy running.
